National Coffee Day: My Little Coffee Corner

coffee-corner

Today is National Coffee Day! To celebrate, I thought I would post about the recent changes I’ve made to my coffee station. Since my hubby doesn’t drink coffee, I styled this little corner just for me. Coffee is pretty much the first thing on my mind when I wake up for the day. And for that reason alone, I believe it’s important to accentuate the things you love.. right?? So, here’s the before & after plus a few ideas I’ve played around with. See anything you like? Ask me if I haven’t linked it below. Happy National Coffee Day to you all, go get your drink on!

Excuse the terrible lighting, I so wish our house had more natural light. When I first got my Keurig coffee maker for Christmas one year, my bestie, Maggie bought me this carousel K-Cup holder. I was thrilled, I loved it so much and it’s been super great to me over the years. When I would go to make myself a cup of coffee, I found my overly-organizing tendencies would take over and I was constantly refilling these tiny little cups. Eventually, I figured it would be best to just thrown them all in a big cookie jar and… voilà!

I love the convenience of one container. I found this jar on eBay and it was exactly what I was looking for! The vintage look sold me, and it’s a pretty decent size.

I found this adorable kitty cat coffee mug at Home Goods recently, I just couldn’t pass it up! My bff Jenna snagged up the same, but hers is white. I couldn’t locate these through the Home Goods site but I did find the black one here on Amazon. I love that there’s a heart at the bottom of the cups! ♥

This little vintage spoon is one of my favorites. It’s from a rare collection from United Airlines. It’s the cutest, I love the detail on it. You can purchase this Verena Marble and Wood Cheese Board from Amazon, I had to have it when I found it through Zulily.

I created this stencil using my Cricut Explore Air, which you can download by clicking on the COFFEE image below. I used a black Sharpie for the lettering. It turned out just how I imagined, I’m happy with it!

This is how my coffee station currently looks, but I came up with a few other ideas as well. Which one is your favorite? I’d love to hear your opinions!
