Conversation Candy Heart Magnets

Happy February! I have a super easy Valentine’s Day DIY for you guys using Crayola Model Magic. I fell in love with Studio DIY’s junk food ornaments they did for Christmas, which gave me the idea to make these conversation candy heart magnets. I knew my adhesive magnetic buttons would come in handy one day, I’ve been hoarding them for a while now! #crafterproblems

Here’s what you need:

Model Magic comes in a lot of fancy colors, but I’m working with the primary ones. I just mixed the appropriate colors to make mine resemble candy hearts. Once your happy with the shades, flatten the Model Magic and cut out the hearts using your cookie cutter. This material is so light weight! The only time consuming part of this project is waiting for them to harden. The package suggests to wait up to 72 hours. Mine were pretty solid after two days.

After they’re completely dry, you can write your different sayings on the hearts.

That’s it! So dang easy, and they’re quite adorable. Perfect to keep for yourself, or make as gifts for your galentines and beaus. XOXO
