Are you kitten me?? I finally got some time to sit down and share all of Livi’s 5th birthday party details. This is a good one. You gotta check it out! As I mentioned in my last post, Olivia chose a kitty birthday as she’s been a cat lover since the beginning of her little life. After browsing Pinterest for some ideas, I was instantly inspired by these kitten cookies made by Natsuki. They were pretty much the basis of how I wanted to design her party. I chose light pink, white, grey, tabby orange, and browns as her color palette to coordinate. Everything just seemed to fall into place after that.
Hey, readers! I feel like I’ve been talking about this for weeks now, but I’m finally getting around to posting some party decor from Olivia’s 5th birthday. Her “Are You Kitten Me” theme was such a fun one to plan! Definitely one of my favorites thus far. We’re cat people in this household, and Livi has followed in our footsteps when it comes to her love for kitties. I was so excited when she told me she wanted a cat party! For this DIY, I’m going to be sharing how I created the door hanger for our entry. Once a theme is decided, I always start with a specific color palette to help me better plan the details. For this one, I chose light pink, white, grey, tabby orange and browns.
Hello darlings! I took a little break from the blog lately because I’ve been crafting my little hiney off for Livi’s upcoming birthday in April. Since I’m in “party mode”, I thought I’d share her 3rd birthday theme details with you all! I’ve been a fan of Audrey Hepburn for as long as I can remember. I’ve seen so many “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” themed parties on Pinterest, I couldn’t wait to do one for Livi. I decked out all the decor with Tiffany blue, black damask, and a little bit of bling. We cooked up a yummy brunch of breakfast foods (obviously), it all came together so elegantly. And oh my goodness, you guys.. Livi’s photo shoot that year was one of my absolute favorites. She was too precious in her black tutu, pearls and shades. I’m excited to share my twist on “Breakfast at Olivia’s”.
Halloween is almost here – only a week away! As those parties are also approaching quickly, I created some FREE & easy last minute DIY Cricut creations using my Cricut Explore Air. I hand drew 4 different confetti designs, and created a couple of cupcake toppers. Also included is a free Hocus Pocus themed print to compliment your shindig. You’ll recognize “Dead Man’s Toe” if you’re a fan of the movie when the witch Sarah chants it repeatedly in the background during the first 5 minutes of the film. It’s a special key ingredient for a potion the 3 sisters need to be young and beautiful again. Intrigued yet? Come take a closer look and grab yourself some freebies!
