Hey, readers! I feel like I’ve been talking about this for weeks now, but I’m finally getting around to posting some party decor from Olivia’s 5th birthday. Her “Are You Kitten Me” theme was such a fun one to plan! Definitely one of my favorites thus far. We’re cat people in this household, and Livi has followed in our footsteps when it comes to her love for kitties. I was so excited when she told me she wanted a cat party! For this DIY, I’m going to be sharing how I created the door hanger for our entry. Once a theme is decided, I always start with a specific color palette to help me better plan the details. For this one, I chose light pink, white, grey, tabby orange and browns.
I’m reeeally excited about this Easter egg DIY I’ve created for you all! I’ve been in such a mega “party mode” lately that I haven’t really began to think of much else for the blog. Shame on me, I know! Speaking of parties — I do have some kitten themed decor DIY’s that I’ll be throwing your way this month so be on the look out for those later. For now, back to THIS project. With Easter Sunday less than a week away, I came up with this decorating idea late last night. I skimmed all over the net to make sure it hasn’t been done before (at least not to my knowledge). I couldn’t wait to share it. Eek, SPRINKLES! These were a lot of fun to decorate with my little one. Festive and so dang easy. Let’s hop to it! See what I did there? 😉

Happy February! I have a super easy Valentine’s Day DIY for you guys using Crayola Model Magic. I fell in love with Studio DIY’s junk food ornaments they did for Christmas, which gave me the idea to make these conversation candy heart magnets. I knew my adhesive magnetic buttons would come in handy one day, I’ve been hoarding them for a while now! #crafterproblems
